Payphone

Hard Surface Modeling | Look Development | Compositing

This project was developed as a personal challenge focused on recreating a vintage payphone with a high level of detail and realism.

The goal was not only to strengthen my hard surface modeling skills, but also to gain a deeper understanding of the compositing workflow.

Workflow

Using Maya, I developed the hard surface model, assembled the scene, and executed the lighting and rendering workflow.

Using Substance Painter, I created the textures and materials, focusing on realistic surface detail, wear patterns, and material definition.

Using Nuke, I composited the final renders, refining the image through color adjustments, atmosphere, and post-production techniques to achieve the final look.
